If you own a pack and it hasn’t automatically installed, click the Download icon.

Click Add-ons to see which packs you currently own.

Open your Library and click on The Sims 4.

If you’re on a Mac, you can keep using Origin for Mac. Learn more about the EA app and how to download it here. Once you download the EA app, your packs will automatically be transferred over from Origin.
